Shrimp Salad

Ingredients for the Shrimp:
-5 Fresh water deveined Shrimp
-¼ tsp Cajun Spice

Ingredients for the Salad:
-Package of Spring Mix salad
-Sliced Fresh Peaches
-Feta Cheese

Step 1: Prepare the AquaChef
1) Fill the basin with approximately 3.5 liters of water
2) Plug in the AquaChef and press the power button
3) Set the AquaChef's temperature to 132℉
4) Press the START button to preheat the water

Step 2: Prepare the Shrimp
Remove the shell from the body of the shrimps, but leave on the tails. Sprinkle on the Cajun seasoning and let sit. Put the shrimps in your bag, sealing the bag first with your hands, and then vacuum out as much air as possible.

Step 3: Cooking with the AquaChef
Once the AquaChef is preheated, set the cook time on your AquaChef to 35 minutes. Then place the bag in the cooking basket and place it carefully into the AquaChef and put the lid on.

Step 4: Serving the Shrimp
Once the time is up, the AquaChef will beep. Carefully remove the basket from the AquaChef, as it will be hot. While the shrimp cools slightly, prepare a bed of lettuce and add the fresh sliced peaches. Add the shrimp and crumble on some feta cheese for a delicious salad.
